I have long experience from management and leadership, both my own just over ten years career in a manager role in large companies and from my work with training and developing managers around Sweden and globally.
To have the right person filling the manager role is super important but not everyone is born a leader.

This train the trainer course is for you who have knowledge and experience that need to be spread to customers and colleagues. You will learn how to pass on your knowledge in an inspirational and understandable way in the physical and/or virtual classroom.
You can have a dedicated trainer role or experience and knowledge that often places you in the role of training and supporting colleagues, customers and other.
